Video ‘How to: Paint ork Skin’

In this short video, I’ll be showing a quick and easy method of painting up an Ork’s skin for the tabletop. With most ork armies there’s going to be a lot of footsloggers, so this quick (and easily variable) method is great for getting them ready for battle. It is quick to do in batches and will have their skin looking good for the tabletop.

I’m starting with the skin of the smallest, and working up to a Warboss. I want to cover all the basics while I work on some longer videos for the coming weeks.

There’s a post here about batch painting ork skin to achieve a variety of shades. A list of paints, etc can be found under the video.
