In this video tutorial, I’ll be showing how to paint up the new Witch-King of Angmar miniature on foot and on horseback. As he’s pretty much the same on horseback, I’ll be starting with the on foot miniature, then painting up the horse after. You can follow the same directions painting him up on foot as on the back of the horse. It’s a great miniature, and will look excellent smiting the forces of good on the battlefield.
